I have 3 types of remote services
1. Basic monitoring: When I notice a software or Microsoft update, I will verify that your computer is updated, and if not, I will make sure that you are updated.
2. Monitoring system, monitoring software will check your computer and report to my Dashboard the health of your computer
3. Monitoring the same as #2, with my commercial End Point Antivirus program running.

I am available from 9 am to 5:30 pm every day, all errors are emailed and texted to me whenever things go wrong so I can intervene
